SECTION 20 - SHIPPING TERMS

All standard orders ship free within Australia on orders over $65. We ship to addresses in Australia and New Zealand. Additional shipping restrictions may apply to remote areas.

Delivery Timeframes:

Standard delivery: 3-7 business days within Australia
New Zealand delivery: 5-10 business days
Express delivery options available at checkout

All orders placed must have the correct delivery details. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, your order will be returned to sender, and a return to sender fee may be charged to your account.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

International Orders: All international orders are subject to import duties and taxes and are liable to be paid by the customer.

SECTION 21 - SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

We offer an optional subscription service whereby you may purchase your chosen The Neuu products to be delivered to your door at the interval provided at the time of purchase on our website.

Subscription services provide regular delivery of selected products at discounted prices
You will receive email confirmation of each subscription charge

Subscription Management

A subscription service can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours prior to your order shipping via your account portal or by emailing hello@theneuu.com.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay an initial and recurring subscription fee at the subscription rate provided at the time you agree to purchase the relevant subscription, and you agree to pay all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, we will attempt to process payment again. If payment fails after multiple attempts, your subscription may be paused. You will be notified of any payment issues via email.

Subscription Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' written notice. You may cancel your subscription if you do not agree to price changes. Price changes will not affect existing prepaid subscription periods.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal on our website or by emailing hello@theneuu.com with your full name and the email address you used to sign up. Our customer service team will assist you with cancellation.

Changes to your account will take place from the time The Neuu confirms in written correspondence to you. Please allow 48 hours for your subscription to be cancelled.

SECTION 22 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We encourage customers to shop carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We will provide a refund, exchange or credit only if the product is faulty or if the product is significantly different to what was shown or described to you. You have 7 days from receipt date to contact us at hello@theneuu.com and our team will get back to you as soon as possible to get it sorted. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. If you paid via PayPal, Afterpay, or Apple Pay, the refund will be applied to your credit or debit card. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded and you are entitled to a remedy for products that fail to meet consumer guarantees.

SECTION 23 - CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Under Australian Consumer Law, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to:

Products of acceptable quality
Products fit for their intended purpose
Products matching their description
Repair, replacement, or refund for major failures
Compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.

SECTION 24 - DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS

Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders
Discount codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit
Only one discount code is permitted per order
If a code is applied incorrectly, The Neuu will not refund the discounted amount once an order has processed
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with subscription pricing

Promotions and Bundles

We may, from time to time, run promotions where certain products, or a combination of products, are offered for sale at a discounted price or free of charge. All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. Any products purchased outside of the advertised time frame will not be eligible for the promotional price. Where there is no promotion period specified, the relevant promotion will end when it is discontinued on our website.

Product Bundles: We offer product bundles that combine multiple items at a discounted price. Bundle pricing is only valid when all items in the bundle are purchased together. Individual items cannot be purchased separately at bundle pricing.

Bundle Returns: For product bundles, partial returns may affect the pricing of remaining items. If you return only part of a bundle, the remaining items will be repriced at their individual retail prices, and any difference may be deducted from your refund. For a full refund of bundle pricing, all items in the bundle must be returned together.

Discount Code Misuse

We actively monitor the misuse of discount codes. If we believe there has been misuse of a discount code in any way (e.g. selling it or sharing it inappropriately), we reserve the right to cancel your discount code and/or suspend your account. If a discount code cannot run properly due to fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else beyond our control, we may cancel, modify or suspend the discount code.

Please note that during a sale or promotional period, orders cannot be cancelled, amended or changed in any way.

SECTION 25 - AMENDING, CANCELLING OR CHANGING ORDERS

We have a small 10-minute window to cancel or amend orders during business hours. Any changes or amendments will need to be requested within 10-minutes of placing your order by emailing hello@theneuu.com.
