SHIPPING

Australia: Free shipping on orders over $65. Standard delivery 3-7 business days via Australia Post. Express delivery 1-2 business days (cost calculated at checkout). Remote areas may take additional 1-2 business days.

New Zealand: Standard shipping $15 (5-10 business days), Express shipping $25 (3-5 business days). Import duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Order Processing: All orders dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Order confirmation sent immediately via email. Tracking provided once dispatched. Packages are left at your nominated address and become your responsibility after delivery. Return to sender fee may apply for incorrect addresses.

RETURNS

We encourage careful shopping as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We will provide refunds only if the product is faulty or significantly different from our website description.

To claim a refund: Contact hello@theneuu.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos, and issue details. Our team will respond within 2 business days. For valid claims, we cover return shipping and process refunds within 10 business days to your original payment method (PayPal/Afterpay refunds go to linked card).

Product bundles: For faulty items in bundles, we'll replace or refund the faulty item. Partial returns mean remaining items are charged at individual prices.

Subscriptions: For current delivery issues, follow the standard return process. To cancel future deliveries, email us 48+ hours before next shipment.
