SHIPPING

AUSTRALIA

  • Standard Delivery: $9.95 AUD · 2–4 business days (metro), 4–8 business days (regional)
  • Express Delivery: $16.95 AUD · 1–2 business days (metro), 2–4 business days (regional)
  • Orders are shipped from Sydney using Shippit’s tracked courier network (CouriersPlease, Australia Post, or other trusted partners).

NEW ZEALAND

  • Standard Delivery: $11 NZD · 5–8 business days (metro), 7–10 business days (regional)
  • Orders are shipped from Sydney using Shippit’s international courier partners, including Australia Post and NZ Post.
  • Any import duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
  • You’ll receive an order confirmation immediately and tracking once your parcel has been sent.
  • Deliveries are left at your nominated address and become your responsibility once marked as delivered.
  • A return-to-sender fee may apply for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURNS

We encourage mindful purchasing, as refunds are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.

Refunds or replacements are provided only if an item is faulty or significantly different from its description.

To request a refund or replacement:

  1. Email hello@theneuu.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
  4. For approved claims, we’ll cover return shipping and process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

PRODUCT BUNDLES

  • For faulty items within a bundle, we’ll replace or refund the affected product.
  • If part of a bundle is returned, remaining items will be charged at their individual retail prices.
  • Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
