NEUU Turns One Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter. The promoter is The Neuu Pty Ltd (ABN 67 680 541 833), Suite 15/Mezzanine, 388 George St, Sydney NSW 2000, hello@theneuu.com (“NEUU”, “we”, “us”).
2. Promotion period. The giveaway opens at 5pm AEDT on Thursday 29 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT (Sydney time) on Sunday 8 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility. Open to residents of Australia and New Zealand aged 18 or over. Employees and contractors of NEUU and Sarah & Sebastian, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
4. How to enter. To enter, during the Promotion Period you must:
(a) be subscribed to the NEUU email list, either by signing up at theneuu.com or by already being a subscriber, and remain subscribed at the time of the draw; and
(b) follow @neuuhair on Instagram at the time of the draw.
Existing subscribers are entered automatically but must also meet (b).
5. Bonus entries. Eligible entrants can earn bonus entries by, during the Promotion Period:
(a) providing a mobile number and opting in to NEUU text messages (1 bonus entry); and
(b) tagging at least one friend in the comments of the official giveaway post on @neuuhair (1 bonus entry per person, regardless of how many friends are tagged).
The maximum is 3 entries per person. Tagged friends are not entered unless they enter themselves. Your Instagram account must be public for us to verify comment entries, and we must be able to match your Instagram account to your email subscription for a comment entry to count.
6. No purchase necessary. Entry is free. Buying a product does not increase your chances of winning.
7. Game of chance. This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner.
8. The draw. The winner will be randomly drawn at 5pm AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026 at the promoter’s address. Entries that do not meet these terms will be excluded, and another entry drawn.
9. Winner notification. The winner will be announced on @neuuhair on Monday 9 November 2026 (first name and state or region only) and contacted by email and/or Instagram direct message from the official @neuuhair account only. The winner must confirm their Instagram handle within 7 days so we can verify they meet these terms. NEUU will never ask you for payment, passwords or bank details to claim a prize.
10. Unclaimed prize. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be redrawn at 5pm AEDT on Tuesday 17 November 2026 at the same address, and the new winner notified as above.
11. The prize. One winner will receive:
(a) a $500 Sarah & Sebastian gift card, subject to Sarah & Sebastian’s gift card terms, including any expiry date; and
(b) a year’s supply of The Slick Formula (6 tubes, RRP $43 each), sent one tube every two months, with delivery to an address in Australia or New Zealand at no cost to the winner.
Total prize value is $758 (AUD, incl. GST). The prize is not transferable or exchangeable for cash. If any part of the prize becomes unavailable, NEUU may substitute an item of equal or greater value.
12. Privacy. Personal information collected is used to run this giveaway and to send NEUU marketing, in line with our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time, but you must be subscribed at the time of the draw to be eligible.
13. Instagram. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability.
14. General. NEUU may disqualify entries that are fraudulent, use fake accounts, or breach these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or New Zealand consumer law. NEUU’s decision on the winner is final.
